Accessibility.

This website is meant to work for everyone. Here is what that means in practice, and how to tell us when it falls short.

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

What the site does

FONACY aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. Every page works with a keyboard alone, has a skip link to the main content, uses real headings and landmarks for screen readers, labels every form field, keeps text contrast at or above the recommended ratio, respects your system’s reduced-motion setting, and loads no third-party widgets or trackers that could interfere with assistive technology.

Known limits

Pages are checked by hand and with automated tools, not by a formal audit. Illustrations are decorative and described briefly. The customer invoice portal and online payment screens are built by FONACY and Stripe respectively; Stripe’s payment fields follow Stripe’s accessibility practices.

Tell us if something doesn’t work

If any part of this site is hard to use, email wendell@fonacy.com or call (386) 590-3503. Say which page and what happened, and we will fix it or give you the same information another way. You can always request help by phone or text instead of the online form.
