Privacy information.

How information is handled when you use the FONACY website.

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

Inquiries and service requests

The Contact form and request-by-email option prepare a draft in your own email app. They send nothing until you review and send that email. When online time requests are enabled and available on the Get help page, pressing Send request submits your contact details, issue description, general location and preferred time to the private FONACY workspace. This does not reserve an appointment or collect payment. FONACY uses the information to review and respond to your request. A hashed network identifier helps limit spam; booking records do not store your raw IP address. When service email is enabled, FONACY may email request acknowledgements, appointment updates, reminders and payment receipts. An acknowledgement does not confirm an appointment or authorize a charge. Available times include connected calendar busy periods when calendar checking is enabled; otherwise, FONACY reviews arrangements with you before confirmation.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, sensitive account information or financial records through these forms.

Client and invoice information

The private FONACY workspace may hold client contact details, service descriptions, invoice line items, payment records, customer messages and internal service notes. Staff use this information to manage requested work, invoices and payments. Internal notes are separate from customer messages.

Customer invoice access uses a private link rather than a customer account. Treat the link as confidential: anyone with a valid link may be able to access the information it authorizes. Contact FONACY if a link was shared with the wrong person or needs to be replaced.

Payments

Payment availability is shown on the invoice. When a hosted payment provider is enabled, the provider processes card and wallet details under its own terms and privacy information. FONACY does not ask for card numbers in customer messages. Invoice totals, payment status and transaction references may be retained for reconciliation.

Hosting and security

The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. The live deployment may use Cloudflare services for hosting, authentication and data storage. The private staff workspace uses authentication and security cookies. FONACY has not added advertising trackers to the public site. Cloudflare Web Analytics may count page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Information use and requests

If you request a travel estimate when routing is connected, your service address and the private business starting point are processed by the routing provider to estimate driving time and the travel charge. The starting point is not shown to customers. Transactional email providers may process the email address and appointment or receipt details needed to send requested service updates. Personal calendar connections are used to check occupied times and mirror FONACY appointments; personal event titles are not published.

Information provided to FONACY is used to respond to inquiries, arrange and provide requested work, coordinate appointments and reconcile payments. Email applications and payment providers operate under their own privacy practices.

Contact wendell@fonacy.com with privacy questions or to request a correction or deletion of information you shared. Requests are considered in the context of the information held and applicable obligations.
