What we help with.

Troubleshooting and repairs

Slow or crashing computers, error messages, devices that won’t connect, and problems that keep coming back.

New devices and upgrades

Choosing, setting up and moving to a new computer, phone or tablet, with your files, apps and settings carried over.

Email and accounts

Mail, cloud storage, subscriptions and sign-ins sorted out, with recovery options in place so you are never locked out.

Backups and data

Automatic backups for computers and phones, and recovery when a drive or device fails.

Printers, TVs and peripherals

Printers, scanners, streaming boxes, smart TVs and the other equipment that has to work with your network.

Ongoing support

Remote help by appointment, periodic tune-ups, and someone to ask before you buy or change anything.

How it works.

  1. Tell us what is happening

Describe what you are trying to do and what happens instead. You do not need the technical name for it.

  2. Agree on the approach

We confirm whether remote help or a visit suits the job, what it will cost, and what you need to have ready.

  3. Fix it and explain it

The work gets done, you see it working, and you leave with a clear picture of your setup.

What to expect.

  • Most everyday issues are handled remotely by appointment. Onsite visits are arranged when hands-on work is needed.
  • You see the price before work starts. Travel, if any, is agreed with the appointment.
  • You keep control of your accounts. Passwords are never sent through messages, and access is agreed securely.

Good questions.

Do I need to know what is wrong?

No. Start with what you are trying to do and what happens instead. Error messages, model numbers or a photo help, but diagnosing it is our job.

Can you help remotely?

Yes, for most software, account and configuration issues. Hardware, cabling and network installs are done onsite. We confirm which before booking.

Which devices do you work with?

Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices, plus the printers, TVs and accessories that connect to them.

What if the problem comes back?

Tell us. Recurring problems usually have an underlying cause, and the follow-up starts from what we already know about your setup.
