Can you use my existing cameras?
Sometimes. Share the brands and recording equipment you have, and we will say what can stay and what is worth replacing.
How long is video kept?
It depends on storage size, camera count and recording settings. Retention is one of the choices we make together in the plan.
Do I need a subscription?
Not with a local recorder. Cloud-based systems usually charge monthly, and we set out the difference before you choose.
Can I give someone else access?
Yes. Family members, staff or a property manager can have their own sign-in with only the cameras they should see.
